Children from as young as 18 months can enrol at Sunny Side Montessori Pre-school. Our wonderful, central location features multiple classrooms and lovely outdoor spaces where little ones can have lots of fun and learn in a safe environment. Below you’ll find our Fee Structure, Waitlist Request Link and Parents Handbook for each of our school campuses: Claremont, Palmyra and Rosebank. Once you’ve read through the documents,  please complete the Waiting List Submission Form to be added to the waitlist of the school you wish to enrol at. The form will be sent directly to us  and we will get in touch with you as soon as possible. If you have any questions about any of the forms, please don’t hesitate to contact us.

Once your child has been added to our waitlist, we will be in contact to arrange for a viewing of the school, or to add you to an upcoming Open Day. Please note that the waitlist does not guarantee enrolment, but rather is the first step in the process. Should your child be accepted to our schools, we will then send you an Enrolment Form and an Invoice for the Enrolment Fee which is required to secure the place in our upcoming year’s class list.

The Parent’s Handbook document includes information about parental involvement, assessment, health of children, cleanliness and hygiene, clothing and toys/valuables, school outings, donations, saying goodbye in the morning and collection of children from school, emergency procedures, meals, birthdays, show and tell, stationery requirements as well as general rules and regulations. It also includes information such as Sunny Side Montessori Pre-school’s school hours, school fees and banking details.

Prior to your child starting at Sunny Side Montessori, we will send you a POPIA Act form, as well as a Consent and Indemnity Form that are to be completed, signed and submitted before your child’s start date. With the Consent Form, you give your consent that your child may take part in the activities of Sunny Side Montessori School, including classroom and playground activities as well as any excursions that may be arranged by the school. The details of an emergency contact are also requested to help ensure we reach the right person, should it be necessary at any stage.
